To purchase shares at $1,000.oo each to be invested in equipment or property for this project. Shares bear no interest and cannot be requested returned for three years after purchase, after which shares can be redeemed at full purchase value. A two-year notice must be served by the party wishing reimbursement, even if the community is able to refund the shares in a much shorter time than two years and may actually do so.
